RETURN  POLICY

Due to the nature of natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

If your order is returned to us because it was unable to be delivered, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost. You will need to place a new order with the correct address to receive your items.

We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

HiRuna Designs LLC is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt use the product on a small portion of skin to see if irritation occurs; if irritation is present discontinue use of the product.

 

SHIPPING  POLICY

Notice for International Shipping:
Customer is responsible for ALL Customs/Duty/Clearance Fees charged for accepting the package in their country.

 

General Shipping Information:

We ship orders via USPS and FedEx. If there are any shipping questions, or if you have a special shipping need please contact us at info@hirunadesigns.com.

 

Orders are shipped within 3 - 4 business days from receipt of payment.

 

Pick Up Orders:

Orders can be picked up in Little Elm, TX. Arrangements need to be made for scheduling pick ups.

 

Who is responsible for lost packages?

HiRuna Designs LLC is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. If the tracking shows that the item was delivered, that is what we have to go by. If it says it was delivered, and you didn't receive it please check for packages at front doors, side doors, and even with the neighbors.

Warm Weather Shipping:

Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes in our products body butters and sugar scrubs are sensitive to temperature changes. Products may soften or melt in transit, from sitting in hot mail trucks, porches, and mailboxes. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control of the weather please understand that we cannot be held responsible for melted products.

  • Whipped Body Butters: If the butter is melted place it in the refrigerator. Melting will not affect the quality of the whipped butter, but the consistency of the butter will change; it will become less "fluffy". Whipping introduces tiny air bubbles that increase the size and volume of the butters; when the butter melts air bubble collapse decreasing the volume. So even though the jar was filled to the top when shipped once the butter melts there will be less volume in the container; so it will probably look half full. If you so choose to, you can scoop out the butter and whip it back using an electric mixer with a whisk (the butter has to be cool/cold for this to work well).
